A secure database that contains information about public collective bargaining in Iowa.

Any representative of a public employer whose employees are engaged in collective bargaining and representatives of certified employee organizations should register for an account in suPERB. 

• Employers upload a copy of the collective bargaining agreement within 10 days of it being signed in suPERB.  
• CEO’s upload their annual reports in suPERB.  
• In regard to elections, Employers upload the employee voter list and CEO’s approve the employee voter list in suPERB. 
• Employers, CEO’s, and the public can search for contracts between public employers and CEO’s and labor-related decisions made by arbitrators, EAB, and the courts in suPERB. 

1. Send an email to eab.elections@eab.iowa.gov to request a user account. 
2. Please include your contact information and the name of the employer, CEO, and/or bargaining units you represent.
3. Your username will be your email address. 
4. You will receive a verification email that will allow you to login in to suPERB and reset your password.

1. Log in to your account at https://iowa-superb.iowa.gov/
2. Click on “BARGAINING UNITS” on the left panel of the screen. 
3. Click “VIEW” next to the bargaining unit for whom you are seeking to upload a contract. 
4. Click on the “CONTRACTS” tab. 
5. Click the “ADD CONTRACT” button. 
6. Fill in the contract begin date and end date. 
7. Click on the “SELECT FILE” button to choose the file you wish to upload. 
8. Finally, the user will click on the “SUBMIT” button. 
9. Upon submitting the contract, the contract will be in the submitted status and ready for Admin approval.
