More than one day's per-diem is charged and pro-rated for hearing or travel extending beyond eight hours on a hearing day. Study and writing for less than a full day are pro-rated.
Mileage billed at $0.67 per mile. All other expenses for holte, meals, car rental, parking, taxicabes, etc. will be billed.
